  • Local Delivery: We provide pan India delivery where the courier and shipping services are available
  • Delivery time and costs may vary based on your location.

Note: Take care not to purchase products which we provide are locally restricted and banned by Law. Any such activity will indemnify the Company from any legal proceedings.

  1. Shipping Costs
  • Standard Delivery Fee: Standard delivery fee will be applied on all items and the fee is to be paid by the purchaser.
  • Expedited Delivery: Additional fees apply for express delivery. Rates will vary depending on your location and selected delivery speed.
  1. Delivery Timeframes
  • Regional/National Delivery: Orders outside the local delivery area may take [5-10] business days, depending on location.
  • Holiday Delays: Deliveries may be delayed during peak seasons or public holidays. We encourage early orders to avoid delays.
  1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed. The order will be dispatched after 24 hours within 48 hours of placing the order.

  1. Perishable Items
  • Customer Responsibility: Once delivered, customers are responsible for promptly retrieving products to ensure their freshness.
  • Non-Delivery Issues: In case the delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient not being available, perishables may be non-refundable.
  1. Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
  • Missed Delivery Attempts: If our delivery partner is unable to deliver your groceries due to no one being available, we will attempt re-delivery for an additional fee. We also offer the option to reschedule your delivery
  • Perishable Goods: Unfortunately, perishables may not be refunded or replaced if delivery fails and the items are not retrieved promptly.
